"Rent the Rock" Sign Up 2024-2025 School Year
Spirit Rock, Rules and Regulations:
- There is a $10.00 fee per day for our Spirit Rock rental, all payments are non-refundable regardless of the reason (inclement weather, missed reservation, etc).
- Payments are made via card on ParentSquare (see payment link below) and must be paid immediately after reserving the rock. If no payment is received in 24hrs, the reservation will be CANCELLED to allow another family to reserve the rock
- All rental reservations will be made via Sign-Up Genius (see sign-up genius link below)
- You can only reserve the rock for 2 consecutive days at a time (EACH day is a $10 rental fee) beginning at 5:00pm the night BEFORE your reservation
- Spray paint or Acrylic paint will work best on our Spirit Rock, all families choosing to paint the rock must provide their own supplies (Lowes, Home Depot, Walmart, Michaels, craft supply store, etc).
- The area around the Spirit Rock must be left neat, tidy & paint free. Any paint or other damage to the Spirit Rock or surrounding area will be the financial responsibility of the person with the reservation.
- Inappropriate messages and/or images painted on the rock will be immediately covered by SCSA staff.
- The family painting the rock assumes liability for any individual or member of the group who may be injured or may incur clothing or other personal property damage while painting the Spirit Rock.
- Rental is on a first come-first serve basis
- Southwest Charlotte STEM Academy reserves the right to block dates for school use
