That’s why we’ve partnered with Young Explorers Enrichment Center to offer a comprehensive Before & After School Program designed to nurture your child’s interests, promote academic success, and provide a safe and engaging environment. 🎒 What Does the Before & After School Program Include? 🎨🏀
Our Before & After School Program is packed with exciting activities and enriching experiences for students in grades K-8. Here’s a glimpse of what your child can expect:
- Homework Time: Dedicated time and assistance for completing homework assignments, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and correctly.
- Arts & Crafts: Opportunities to express creativity and imagination through various artistic projects, fostering self-expression and fine motor skills.
- Recreation: Engaging recreational activities that promote physical fitness, team-building, and sportsmanship.
- and more! Additional enrichment activities such as STEM projects, music, drama, and character development to further enhance your child’s growth and learning journey.
⏰ Before & After School Program Policies ⏰
To ensure a smooth and organized program, please take note of the following policies: Service Availability: We provide services on all school days and half days. Before School Program: Begins at 6:45 am, allowing your child to start their day in a structured and supportive environment. After School Program: Pick up is available until 6:00 pm. Please note that late arrivals are subject to a charge of $1 per minute. School Closure: If Southwest Charlotte STEM Academy (SCSA) closes early or cancels school due to inclement weather, our program will not be available. Teacher Workdays and Holidays: We do not provide services on teacher workdays and holidays, allowing families to enjoy quality time together. Monthly Payments: Monthly payments are due at the end of each month, and a $10 late fee will apply for overdue payments. Owned and Operated by Experienced Educators: Our program is run by a team of dedicated and qualified educators who prioritize the well-being and development of each child. Meal Included: A nutritious meal is included in the program, ensuring that your child is fueled and ready for their activities. Hot Dinner Snack: We also provide a hot dinner snack to keep your child energized and satisfied.

Invest in your child’s educational journey by enrolling them in our Before & After School Program. Here are the program costs:
- Before School Program only: $40 per week
- Before & After School Program: $100 per week
- After School Program only: $85 per week
- Registration Fee: $24
